Sorry I’ve kindof been slacking on this blog! I work 40 hours a week now at a summer camp. But here is one of my healthy breakfasts & ill catch up this week on posting! So… Rolled oats with: berries, flax seed, banana, pb2 peanut butter, almonds and chia seeds!
Israel hike. Felt accomplished
I made salmon, quinoa, and mixed veggies for my best friend for dinner!
My yummy “fake” icecream with four ingredients- a frozen banana, peanut butter, frozen strawberries. and some almond milk. The frozen banana will blend to a consistency like icecream and then you can add in some peanut butter and whatever fruit on top for a healthy treat!
My favorite workout… ever.
My lunch: edamame, 1/2 a sweet potato, and chicken with a light marinade! Off to spin and hopefully abs too :)
